As citizens and businesses of Greater Vancouver, we are going to “crowdsource” the launch of a global platform with decentralized, community owned and orchestrated traffic systems using Swarm Intelligence and a Strategic Ecosystem for a market based delivery of transportation services. Traffic congestion costs cities hundreds of millions of dollars every year, with untold costs to billions of commuters worldwide annually. No single person, company, industry, city or country can solve traffic on their own. Technology unto itself can only provide the pieces, but not the solution.
